Now, I am not only cooking everyday Italian recipes for my family. By following the cookbook’s best Italian recipes, I am also earning a good extra income by cooking scrumptious Italian dishes for my friends (and their friends), my colleagues and my wife’s workmates during weekends and holidays.

I have actually found a cookbook that should be considered a bible for those who want to learn Italian restaurant easy cooking techniques and recipes. This cookbook contains Italian pasta recipes and other easy Italian food recipes that every Italian will surely recognize as authentic Italian recipes.

This amazing cookbook was first discovered by my girlfriend. She knows how much I love Italian food, so, during our first anniversary she decided to surprise me by cooking some simple Italian dishes for our anniversary dinner. It was indeed a great surprise. The Italian dishes tasted so good. So much so that I refused to believe her when she said that she was the one who cooked all those sumptuous real Italian foods.
